Below is a chart showing the 2010 and 2011 residential real estate sales sorted by price range.
So far this year the sales are have been at the entry level of the market. This market can be the largest pool of buyers when it includes renters wanting to get into the market, those who want a second vacation home and those wanting to invest in properties as rentals or fixer uppers.
Two sales in January were foreclosure sales which are fairly rare on Pender, we don't have a lot of foreclosure properties.
