You may ask yourself what do these stats mean? You can see some patterns but you can also see that 2011 is somewhat unpredictable. I think we are finding that more and more here. It will be interesting to see these stats develop as the summer season approaches.
Note: All these numbers are determined at the time subjects are removed from the sale and not the completion date. The reason we take this date is because it is closer to the date the offer was first accepted and showing when the activity occurred. The completion of sale can easily be one month later changing the pattern considerably.
