Residential Sale Stats
August was a strong month for sales. Inventory continues to decline therefore prices have increased this year. Waterfront sales have fallen because the majority of inventory is over $900k now.
Stats for Lots
Last year was an exceptional year for lot sales. This year there is a lack of inventory in entry level properties in the magic lake area that are flat and easier to build on or waterfront with beach access. Both seem to be desirable options.
